Great to have you here! We are all about first-class hotel marketing - with heart, creativity and a clear focus on results. Since 2022, we have been helping hotels to increase their occupancy rates through paid advertising and win loyal regular guests through professional email marketing.
Rene Bartsch is the founder of 48 concepts and started his entrepreneurial journey during the first coronavirus lockdown with an ambitious project: together with a friend, he bought an old Citroën HY, which they planned to convert into a food truck over the course of two years. Rene took on the entire marketing and worked with his own budget for the first time. He taught himself how to create a booking-optimised website, develop appealing advertising content and get the most out of Google and meta ads - often working late into the night.
However, despite numerous enquiries and enthusiastic feedback for his advertising, the food truck project failed due to technical problems. After careful consideration, Rene decided to end the food truck chapter and concentrate on his true strength: Marketing. The sale of the vehicle marked the start of his self-employment.
Word of Rene's expertise spread quickly and he soon gained customers from a wide range of industries. The turning point came when he developed a performance marketing concept for a hotel and increased its occupancy rate from 40% to over 60% - a milestone that established him as an expert in the hotel industry.
Today, Rene Bartsch and 48 concepts successfully support 4- and 5-star hotels in generating more bookings through targeted marketing and strengthening their independence from platforms such as booking.com. He works with passion, creativity and curiosity to develop 48 concepts into one of the country's leading hotel marketing agencies.
